Bring a blanket and cushion/pillow to be warm and cosy. A block, big book and chair to sit on and a yoga mat to lay down on.
Please have a broom handle/wooden staff.
We'll be doing some grounding practices, breathing, simple movements and a Yoga Nidra to finish.
Come along at 1955 and we'll do a brief round of hellos we begin at 2000.
