Couples and Relationship Therapy

Every relationship is unique. This is dedicated time and space to safely unpack,  understand and explore your relationship dynamics and resolve conflicts. Develop skills informed by nonviolent communication.

Talking Therapy

A time to share and explore what is alive in you.  Whether that's anxiety, low mood, loss, joy, celebration or something else. We can gently unfold together what wants to be known and explore how to respond to life's challenges.

Compassion Focused

Risk Aware: one-to-one therapy programme for managing sexual risk for men 18+.

A 16 to 32 session therapy journey of psycho-education and inner exploration. Compassion and harm reduction.

Wednesday 9am - 4pm

Thursday 9am - 4pm

Friday 9am - 1pm
