YOGA NIDRA RELAXATION

Yoga Nidra is a profound practice of letting the body fall into deep rest.  You will be exploring the space between waking and sleeping. This is a restorative practice that is particularly helpful for calming the nervous system, reducing anxiety and stress. 

 

These guided relaxations are best experienced lying down in a comfortable position where you will not be disturbed.  Use plenty of pillows, blankets and bolsters so that your body feels supported.

Thu  9am - 1pm 

​Fri    9am - 1pm
